TEAM Architects were pleased when approached by the School to take part in a Learning Studio Design Pilot where the design was to be specific but to take current Learning Studio Design Guide parameters into account. The planning is flexible and caters for students working independently, in small groups, in whole classes or in larger groups. Each learning studio has direct access to adjacent controlled external spaces where these starter primary school children can assemble. Natural lighting in conjunction with shading/glare reduction has been carefully considered. The project is innovative and provides interesting external and internal spaces.
Our Process
On school projects we provide high quality design and documentation services, compliance with administration and design requirements set by MoE, and compliance with Government procurement regulations.
The projects run from organising approvals at the front end to final financial reconciliations, generally 6 months after the building is occupied.
